The surrounding room was empty. No one else was to be found inside. It was dark, no; (Y/N) was blindfolded. This whole situation had to be true fear. She doesn't exactly remember how she got into this mess in the first place; it was all a blur. Letting out a deep sigh, the platform she was bound to seem to be moving. Down the rabbit hole and back again.

- Flash Back-

(Y/N) had been walking to school with her surrounding friends, per usual. However, she felt as if she was being examined from afar. It was not a good feeling to feel, that was for sure. Stopping, she took a moment to glance around her. No one to be found. “(Y/N), what’s wrong?” Shaking her head she spoke up. “It’s nothing. I just had a slight feeling.” The group continued their route to school having a few conversation pieces here and there. That feeling of being examined had not gone away, however. “(Y/N)!” She shot up from her seat after being yelled at by the Teacher. “What is it?!” She hissed. The Teacher threw chalk at the raging student, commanding her to sit back down and pay attention. (Y/N) was known for her temper around campus, but she rarely showed it toward a teacher before.
Eventually, the bell rang and she met up with her friends for lunch. “Wow, I've never seen you scream at a teacher like that! Heh, you sure have been acting weird today, y’know.” (Y/N)’s best friend always could tell something was bugging her, which was rather infuriating due to the fact she tries to hide her feelings. “Yeah, yeah. I know.” She spoke, taking a mouthful of rice. “So, what’s wrong?” Her friend put her elbows on the table, which was her listening position. “I just feel like someone is watching me…as if they’re examining me. It’s extremely infuriating.” Laughing out loud, the other took her elbows off the table. “You’re going crazy.” (Y/N) rolled her eyes. “Probably.”

Eventually school reached its end, thankfully. (Y/N) was walking out of the front gates, finally able to go home and relax. Or so she thought. “Bonjour, Mademoiselle.” Was cooed into her ear and of course, her first instinct was to roundhouse kick the bastard. “My, my! How rude and unrefined.” Getting a better look at the man in front of her, he definitely seemed weird.  “What do you want?! You have five seconds before I punch your face!” Growling, she figured this was the guy who gave her that feeling earlier. “Oh, nothing much. I just happened to notice your figure and thought you’d be perfect for a job at my restaurant. Here’s the offer: ¥20000.00 per hour.” She lowered her jaw at the amount of money being put on the offer here, but it seemed fishy. “I’m sorry, but your offer seems incredibly random…I mean, at least introduce yourself first!” She tapped her foot impatiently awaiting his answer. “Tsukiyama Shuu. And you, Mademoiselle?” Taking her hand, he planted a gentle kiss upon it until (Y/N) swiftly took her hand away and glared. “I’m (Y/N). It’s a ‘pleasure’ to meet you.” As she rolled her eyes, the man in front of her frowned like a kicked puppy. “I really, really need a new waitress. Without one I’ll need to close down and that’s simply no good at all! Please, you’re the only one who can fit in this uniform!” Tsukiyama continued to give her his puppy-eyes, which sparkled with sadness and hopefulness. “Well, as long as you pay me right here and right now! Then, I’ll do it.” (Y/N) rubbed her temples and questioned what exactly she got herself into. He clapped out of joy. “Tres bien! Don’t worry, I can pick you up.” He dug into his wallet, taking out the cash. “Here you go, new waitress~” She nodded, snatching the money from his hands. “Whatever.”  This was going to be one hell of a week.

“Damn it! I forgot to buy milk again.” She rushed out of her house, messily putting on her coat. “It’s 10 ‘O Clock too! Damn it all.” (Y/N) quickly sprinted to the convenience store, making it to the entrance out of breath. “Whew…quicker than I thought. It better not be closed or I’m going to seriously punch someone.” Slightly growling her words, she walked in. “Excuse me? Are you still open?” She gave off a nice fake smile, showing she meant no harm but really if they were closed she meant full harm. “Ah, yes. We’ll be closing in a few minutes so please hurry…if that’s okay.” The clerk seemed extremely shy towards customers or people in general. Oh well. “Oh, I’m just here to get milk. I’ll be in and out of here before you know it!” Shrugging off what the clerk said, she took her time by checking the best before dates. “This one’ll do. Alright, I’m all set.” Going up to the clerk, she paid for the milk and he put it into a bag along with receipt. “Have a nice day…” He bowed. “Likewise.” She responded, semi-harshly. Just when she began walking back, she felt uneasy. Her intuition told her she was in trouble; but from what? (Y/N) started walking faster, in a rush to get back home to safety; however, she didn’t take a long enough break and was still worn out from her sprint. Right then and there, she was grabbed roughly and dragged into a car. Whilst in the car, they knocked her out. Who was doing this? She couldn’t tell who it was because he had covered her eyes. “This is definitely a new approach in getting a meal. Oh well, at least this approach turned out nicely.” A male voice chuckled deeply, smirking with delight.

-Flashback Over-

“That’s right…I was dragged into a car after I bought some milk. Damn it.” (Y/N) tried to struggle her way but it seemed she was tied up extremely well. Damn it all. “Let me go!” She screamed. The platform she was on came to a sudden halt. “Oh, my. She’s a cutie.” Someone from the audience complimented today’s dish. “Please untie her.” A voice she knew spoke up; she mumbled his name whilst being untied. “Tsukiyama…Tch…” Clicking her tongue, she punched the one untying her dead in the nose. “What am I here for?!” Tsukiyama smirked. “You’re here for supper, Mademoiselle.” His coo sounded like dirt to her ears as she made a disgusted face. “You’re…a Ghoul! You disgusting pig!” She made a low growl, insulting her perpetrator. “Now, shall we begin? This one has the right amount of fat on her along with muscle. She is quite tender and has rich blood due to her constant anger. I went through…quite the measures to attain one such as her. Now then, get the scrapp—Oh?” Tsukiyama was interrupted when he noticed (Y/N) sit down, ready for what’s to come. “That’s quite different.” The audience booed and shouted. “Bring in someone different! There’s no entertainment here!” One Ghoul called out. That’s right; they were mainly there for entertainment, not food. The audience was an audience because this is a show to them. “How…troublesome.” Tsukiyama dramatically sighed, putting a hand to his temple. “Non! Non! Non! No good at all!” He called out loudly, so that everyone could hear. “Someone, bring in the replacement and take her away.” (Y/N) was taken to the room she was previously in, no blindfold this time. Her body was shivering out of fear. That was a close one. “What is he going to do with me…” She gave out on last sigh before plopping down into a nearby chair.

About an hour past and she was passed out on that same chair. It was late at night, there was no helping it. “A-Ah…I fell asleep and let my guard down. Tch.” Taking the time to wake up, she noticed a certain somebody near her. “Y-You--!!” She growled with anger. “Calm down, Petite Cherie.  I won’t do anything to harm that body of yours…yet. I’m just letting you know, that offer still stands. Let’s forget all the foolish things that have happened. You sure don’t put up a good show!” Tsukiyama narrowed his eyes, grinning like a sly fox. “I’ll take the job, only because I need the money. I swear if you even lay one finger on me, I’ll kill you. Even if you’re a Ghoul, I’ll kill you somehow.” She was about to flip the bird but Tsukiyama quickly grabbed her middle finger. “If you want this finger in tact you better not do that…” Instead, she simply glared. “Take me home.” Tsukiyama tilted his head. “You dragged me over here. I don’t know how to get back. Take me home.” She stood fiercely, getting her way or the highway. Tsukiyama bowed. “Why of course, Mademoiselle.”

After being driven home by the pig himself, (Y/N) quickly and swiftly got out of that disgusting car owned by that disgusting pig. “Thank you for driving me.” She bowed. “In return, do you mind I stay the night?” Her eyes completely widened in shock. “Huuuh?!” She glared. “It’s an hour log drive and I’m tired~!” He whined. “Whatever. No funny business or I swear I’ll-“ Tsukiyama cut her off. “I’ve heard all your empty threats before, petite Cherie.” Winking, he parked his car in her driveway and made his way into her house. “So, tell me. Why did you take me out of there?” (Y/N) crossed her arms, waiting impatiently for a response. “Hmm, you weren’t satisfying the audience.” He grimaced. “Liar. What’s the real reason?” She glared whilst tapping her foot. “Hmph.” Tsukiyama made his way over to the couch, plopping down and turning on the TV. Blinking, she sat on the far side of the couch. “So what kind of shows are Ghouls interested in?” She tilted her head and stared at the various flipping channels. “Depends on the Ghoul. Just like humans, Ghouls all have different tastes.” Nodding, she understood. “So, Ghouls are more similar to humans than one would think…” Tsukiyama merely laughed at her statement. “Mademoiselle, you’re quite the funny one. Ghouls are clearly superior in the strength zone. Not to mention are experienced killers. I’m sure you know that.” (Y/N) inched closer to Tsukiyama, punching him dead in the nose. No effect whatsoever. “…Was that supposed to hurt?” He smiled, pointing to where he was punched. She simply clicked her tongue, stealing the remote. “Shut up, pig.”

After flipping through various channels, they both concluded there was nothing good to watch. “Ugh, typical night. I’ll go make some coffee. Can Ghouls drink coffee? I’m unsure…” Putting a hand on her hip, (Y/N) waited for the water to boil. “Coffee is the only known ‘human food’ Ghouls can drink, so yes, they can. I like my cup black with exactly two sugar cubes please.” She rolled her eyes in response. “You get it how I make it or you do it yourself. Jeez…” Tsukiyama made various whining and pouting noises in hopes to get what he wanted. “Fine, fine! Just stop being annoying.” She hissed back over to the other sitting on the couch. “Tres  bien!” He cheered. Eventually the coffee was finished and his order was made. “Watch out, the cup’s hot.” (Y/N) warned while handing him his coffee. Taking a sip, his eyes widened. “Magnifique! This tastes absolutely delicious!” Surprised by the sudden outburst, she nodded. “Thank you…No one has ever said that about my coffee with such excitement before.” She chuckled from his reaction. He was indeed a weird one.

Once they finished their coffee, (Y/N) brought out a few blankets due to the cold nights. “Here, take one.” She threw the pink frilly one right at Tsukiyama’s face, believing it suited his odd tastes much more. “Merci, petite cherie~!” He snuggles into it on his side of the couch, almost falling asleep instantly. Seems he had a long night as well. Soon enough, (Y/N) did the same. She fell onto Tsukiyama’s lap, drooling. Perhaps not all Ghoul’s were terrible, but they certainly weren’t all good. Frankly, in her eyes, Tsukiyama didn’t even fit the ‘good’ category either. But, she was starting to like how weird he was. He was unique. Tsukiyama smiled, opening his eyes. When he looked down he saw a little (Y/N) sleeping right on his lap. The temptation to eat her was there, but he’d rather not. Instead, he began petting her head. “Definitely cuter when sleeping.” He mumbled. “Shut up.” She smiled gently, falling back into her sleep. “Or…not…” He chuckled.

Finally got this done. Started at 6am and now it's 11:30am.
I really like how this turned out. I had  the plot set in my head and kabam it happened. = U =
